Louetta Fields daughter of Henry Chuculate and Lucinda Christie was born September 30, 1946 in Barber, Oklahoma and departed this life on May 23, 2010 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 63 years, 7 months and 23 days.
Louetta is survived by a very loving family who will deeply miss her that includes her daughters; Carla Combs and husband Miguel of Muskogee, Ok, Kimbra Bell and husband Andy of Tahlequah, Ok, Jackie Gonzales and husband John of DeQueen, Ar, 1 son; Randy Fields of Muskogee, Ok, 8 grandchildren; Krysten Foreman, Cody Combs, Braxton Fields, Cherokee Bell, Arrow Bell, Raven Fields Rylie Gonzales and Yovani Gonzalis, 2 great grandchildren; Eliza and Jacob Foreman. 1 sister; Allene Christie and husband Buck of Hulbert, Ok, 2 sisters-in-law; Melinda Chuculate and Winnie Chuculate, Special friends; Nadine Bush, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her.
Funeral services were held, Wednesday, May 26, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. in the Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bill Drywater officiating. Interment followed in the Chuculate cemetery under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
