Charles Liclyder was born on (no date) in Ark., to George Liclyder, born in KY., and Sallie Bryant, born in KY.
Charles died on November 13, 1918, at the age of 23 years. He was listed as a white, single male, occupation was farmer. Cause of death was listed as pneumonia and Spanish influenza.
D. P. Chambers M.D., was the medical doctor in charge. He states he attended the deceased from November 7, 1918 and saw him alive last on November 10, 1918.
Sam Priest of Stilwell was the informant, W. C. Lee was the registrar, report was filed on November 14, 1918.
He was buried in the Chuculate Cemetery on November 14, 1918.
Undertaker was listed as Sam Priest of Stilwell.
