Kevin Matthew Cain was born on January 7, 1979 and passed from this life on Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the age of 32.
He was a loving husband and father. He spent his life working as a pole barn builder. He loved breaking horses and horseback riding, fishing, raising roosters, arrowhead hunting and spending time with his children. He was the loving son of Jerry Cain and Pam Hooper. He was the grandson of Dot and Bob Cain and Bob and Zella Skaggs. He married Kathy Donaldson on October 31, 1999 at Rocky Mountain Bible Church. They had three children: Kimberlynn, Keysha and Gunner. Through his struggles in life he always remained devoted in his love for his loving wife and children.
Kevin is survived by his wife Kathy and his children Kimberlynn, Keysha and Gunner of the home. His father Jerry Cain of Eufaula, his mother Pam Hooper and stepfather William Hooper of Stilwell, and birth mother Diane Lowery, brother Steven Cain and nephew Hunter Cain of Proctor. Grandmother Dot Cain of Stilwell, Grandparents Bob and Zella Skaggs of Proctor, two uncles, Junior Cain and wife Debra of Stilwell, T.J.Cain of Stilwell, many cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by uncles Clifton (Snooks) Cain, Clayton Cain and grandfather Bob Cain, great grandparents George Washington and Elizabeth Littlejohn, great grandparents Floyd and Cozy Cain.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Cain Family Cemetery with Bro. Audie Vaughan officiating. Interment followed under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home.
