Flo Edward Cain, 74, of Stilwell, Okla., died Sunday, Aug. 15, 1999, in Stilwell, Okla. He was a retired businessman.

Graveside service at 10 a.m. Wednesday - Cain Family Cemetery Rocky Mountain Community, Stilwell, Okla., under Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw.

He is survived by his wife, Louise of Houston, Texas; daughter, Pam Tingley of Stilwell, Ok; two sons, Terry of Tahlequah, Ok, and Danny of Houston, Tx; two sisters, Wilma Eubanks of Stilwell, Ok, and Sue Johnson of Caldwell, Tx; five brothers, Andrew and Bill, both of Stilwell, Ok, Frank of Duncan, Ok, Clyde of Caldwell, Tx, and Gary Don of Austin, Tx; nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
