Our beloved father, Billy Ray Noblin went to meet our Lord Jesus Christ on August 6, 2013, at the age of 80 years. He was a retired heavy equipment operator. He was born May 19, 1933, in Welch Prairie, Oklahoma to Nelson and Katie Bell (Wishaum) Noblin.
Billy was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sons, Ceeth Noblin, of Muldrow, OK, Raymond Noblin, of Woodlawn, TN, and his daughter, Zina Spain, of Ward, AR.
His surviving grandchildren include, C.J. Noblin, of Stilwell, OK, TraLisa Noblin-Wise, of Clarksville, TN, Garrett Noblin and Matthew Noblin, of Woodlawn, TN, J.D. Spain and Katelynn Spain, of Booneville, AR, and great grandson, Leon Noblin, of Stilwell, OK.
Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2013, at Baptist Mission Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Lacie officiating the service. Burial is under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Tahlequah.
