Marvin Eugene Adams
July 16, 1947 - August 1, 2009
Marvin Eugene Adams left this earth and went to be with his Lord on August 1, 2009. At the Veterans Hospital in Fayetteville, Arkansas at the age of 62 years and 16 days.
Marvin was born July 16, 1947, in Roswell, New Mexico to Marvin Travis and Inez Daniel Adams.
He was preceded in death by both parents, grandparents, an infant sister and his sister, Alice Kimbrell.
He is survived by his wife, Mary, of the home; three stepchildren, Sherry Leach, Staci Hewitt and husband, Duane, of Westville, Ray Perkins and wife, Cheryl, of Siloam Springs; six grandchildren, Angela and Harley Perkins, Asher and Bryant Perkins and Alexis and Duane Hewitt.
Marvin was working at Rockline Industries in Springdale, Arkansas when be began his long, hard struggle with cancer.
Graveside services will be held 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Baptist Mission Cemetery in Westville with Pastor Mike Goldsmith officiating. Burial is under the direction of Hart Funeral Home of Westville.
