Donald Amos Ball Sr
January 12, 1943 - December 4, 2006
Donald Amos Ball Sr., the son of Porter F. Ball and Dora A. (Potter) Ball, was born January 12, 1943 in Colcord, Oklahoma and departed this life December 4, 2006 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 63 years, 10 months and 22 days.
Donald and Carolyn Sue Davis were united in marriage on July 14, 1967 in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
This union was blessed with two children, Debra and Donald Jr.
Donald was a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Vietnam era. He was employed as a security guard for Swepco.
Preceding Donald in death were his parents, one brother and two sisters.
Surviving family includes his wife of 39 years, Carolyn, of the home, daughter, Debra Lee and son, Donald Amos Ball Jr., two grandchildren, Steven and Sierra Hair, one sister, Linda Hughes.
Several nieces, nephews and a host of friends and loved ones also survive him.
Services were held Friday, December 8, 2006 at Hart Memorial Chapel in Westville with Bro. Don Waldrop officiating.

Interment followed at Bell Cemetery in Watts under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
