Walnut Grove Cemetery is located east of Waynoka on U.S. Highways 45 and 281 for about 5 miles to County Road 370, then south on County Road 370 for 4 miles to Canadian Road, then west on Canadian Road for only about 50 yards; cemetery opens on the south side of the road.
A photo of the only remaining readable marker as of October 2013 is included here; photos of other markers included to show that others may be buried here but not identifiable.
