Sacred Heart Cemetery



April 15, 1911 - March 6, 1943

Mrs. Leo Ring Claimed By Death

Services were held Monday morning at 9 o'clock from the Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Mrs. Leo (Mary Ellen) Ring who died Saturday. Father Leo Claus officiated and the Hill Funeral Home directed burial at the church Cemetery.

Mrs. Ring, 31, had been a resident of this County all her life and at the time of her death was living northeast of Alva.

Survivors are the husband, a three-day old infant, the mother, Mrs. Mary Gaskill, Freedom, two brothers, Lytle Gaskill, Watseka, Illinois, and Ed Gaskill, also of Freedom. A daughter, four years of age died only a few days ago.
