Jake Schneberger was born May 1, 1979 in Hobart, Oklahoma to Mary and Patrick Schneberger. He passed away March 6, 2015 in Burns Flat, Oklahoma at the age of 35 years, 10 months and 5 days.

Jake grew up in Burns Flat and graduated in 1997 from Burns Flat High School. He furthered his education at Oklahoma State University. During his time in Stillwater, he met Susan Cook and they were eventually married, after 10 years of dating, on May 7, 2009 at the train station by a justice of the peace named Vinnie. Jake and Susan made their home in Moore, Oklahoma where Jake was an entrepreneur and had many of his own businesses including a property management company and OK Birds. Jake enjoyed working and spending time with his family, but his two loves in life were his wife and his son, Blake. In Jake's last few days he cherished traveling to Frontier City and Disney World with them and spending time with them.

He was preceded in death by his uncle, Dwayne Akins, aunt, Janice Schneberger and grandparents.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Jake Schneberger Medical Fund C/O Bank of Oklahoma, Bank By Mail, P.O. Box 960051 Oklahoma City, OK 73196. This fund will eventually be transferred over to the Blake Schneberger's College Education Fund.

He is survived by his wife, Susan and their son, Blake, both of the home; parents, Patrick and Mary Schneberger, Burns Flat, OK; father and mother-in-law, Carl and Rose Cook, Moore, OK; brother, Josh Schneberger and wife, Marji, Peoria, AZ; sister-in-law, Teresa Harris and husband, Loren, Moore, OKC; aunt and uncles, Nancy Franklin and husband, Larry, Creede, CO, Joe Schneberger, Canute, OK and John Akins, Sentinel, OK; 4 nieces, Maranda, Camryn and Annie Schneberger, Peoria, AZ and Lindsey Harris, Moore, OK; 4 nephews, Dane, Luke and Kade Schneberger, all of Peoria, AZ and Jay Harris, Moore, OK and a host of family and friends.
