Amy Ruth Lawson
September 20, 1938 - April 20, 2023

Amy Ruth Lawson passed away on April 20, 2023, at the age of 84. She was born on September 20, 1938, in Nowata, Oklahoma to Cleve Crouch and Mollie McCollough Crouch.

Amy spent her working years tending to the home and taking care of her family. On March 17, 1955, she married Donald Ray Lawson. She loved flowers and birds, but above all else, she loved her family. She was a proud wife, mother, and grandmother.

Amy was preceded in death by her father, Cleve Crouch; mother, Mollie Crouch; brothers, Watie Crouch, Edward Crouch, Cleve Crouch Jr, and Billy Crouch; sisters, Margaret (Sissy) Miller and Lucille Cunningham; nieces, Donna Fay Cranor, Judy Opie, Marian Serna, Joann Bouy, and Linda McKaig; grandchild, Baby Lawson; and great nephew, Micah Opie.

Amy is survived by her husband, Don Lawson; sons, Larry and Alice Lawson, Gary and Teri Lawson, and Randy and Merri Lawson; sister, Barbara June Rogers; sister-in-law, Edna Crouch; nine grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

The graveside service will be held Monday, May 1, 2023, at 2:00PM at Oglesby Cemetery.
