Rachel Ann (Washington) Dake was born August 2, 1944 in Sperry, OK to Lewis C. Washington and Cordelia (Tyner) McKee.

She passed away April 26, 2013 in Tulsa, OK at the age of 68.

Rachel was a loving sister, aunt and grandma. She married Leon Dake in May 1972 in Las Vegas, NV. She was a devoted homemaker and the holidays were very important to her. Rachel enjoyed creating many arts and crafts, and especially loved going to the casino to play bingo.

She is survived by her husband, Roy Leon Dake; sons, Vince Dake and Nekon Dake; grandchildren, Kyono Dake, Raven Dake, Chelsea Dake, Kaleb Park, Sebastian Higgins, Trenton Higgins, and Memphis Higgins; brother, George Washington; sisters, Kathy Hughs, Dorothy Panther, and Norma Sue Quinton; great-niece, Rachel Prock; and many other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lewis Washington and Cordelia McKee; daughter, Stacy Dake; brothers, Dan Chisholm, James Washington, and Val Gene Washington; and sisters, Geraldine Brown, Aline Thompson, Etta Domres and Rose Perkins.
