Jacqueline Rose “Jackie” Lewis was born July 17, 1972 in Stilwell, Oklahoma to Emma Hothouse – Myer and Jackie Ray Hyslope and passed on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 at home.
 

She was raised by her mother in the Greasy Community, on Killer Mountain.  She was a homemaker that loved working in her yard, making flower beds and planting flowers.  Her kids and grandkids were her world.  No matter how bad she felt, she would always make time to play with them.  She hardly ever missed a ballgame no matter how far, just to watch her kids and grandkids play.  That was some of her proudest moments.  She was one of Cave Springs biggest fans.
 

She was preceded in death by her mother, father and her “dad”, William Myer.


She is survived by her husband, Corey Lewis, of the home, 2 daughters, Tinisha Lewis and partner Raymond Sidebottom of Stilwell and Emily Lewis of the home and boyfriend Aubry Fite.  4 sons, Jonathan Lewis and partner Byron Drum of Pinhook Corner, Vian, OK, Brenden Lewis and partner Britney Richardson of Hanson, OK, Anthony “Tony” Lewis and Eddie Beach of Oaks, OK, Robert Lewis of the home and girlfriend Kylee Bunch.  4 special daughters, Autumn Maxwell and husband Cody of Sallisaw, OK, Carla Asbill and partner Jimmy Ross of Bunch, OK, April Asbill and Raven Vowell of Sallisaw.  1 special son, Shawn Turtle, 15 grandkids, Larissa Lewis, William Lewis, Zachary Lewis, Kaiden Watie, Kataya Watie, Kalia Watie, Layla Lewis, Pyper Murphy, Juliet Asbill, Arabella Ross, Chaos Ross, Merci Ross, Ellie Maxwell, Riley Maxwell and Samantha Lewis (Due in January).  5 sisters, Eva Poindexter and husband Richard of Peggs, OK, Rhonda Hothouse of Greasy, OK, Kristy Brown and husband Artie of Bell, OK, Linda Hicks of Muldrow, OK, Crystal Glenn and partner Dustin Chamber of Greasy and  2 brothers, Billy Hyslope of Shawnee, OK and Troy Poindexter of Greasy.  She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and many friends.
 

Funeral services were held at her home in the Rock Fence Community on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 at 3 pm. 

Interment followed at Belfonte Cemetery, Sequoyah County, OK under the direction of Roberts/Reed-Culver Funeral Home, Stilwell, Oklahoma.
