Services for Kevin Scott Tate, 56, of Terrell, TX, formerly of Allen are 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Richmond Avenue Free Will Baptist Church in Allen. Rev. Buddy Drake will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Allen Chapel from 4:00 p.m. Friday until service time.

Mr. Tate passed away Sunday, October 13, 2019 in Allen. He was born September 13, 1963 in Ada to Harold and Charlotte Rowsey Tate. He graduated from Allen High School and attended Northwestern State University in Alva, OK.

He married Tama Peay May 14, 2000. He was self-employed in commercial construction.

Survivors include his wife, Tama, of the home; a son, Cameron Tate ; three daughters, Ashlee Tate, Tera Williams and Rachae Williams; two sisters, Kim Jones and husband Alan and Kristi Tate and husband, James Cook; his brother-in-law, Michael Peay and his wife Aimee; his aunts and uncles, Janis Rowsey, Donna and Darrell Phillips, Roger and Cheryl Rowsey and Juanita Shelton; six nieces, Courtney Tate, Lindsey Jones, Hailey Jones, Chelsee Tate, Gabby Peay and Grace Peay; a nephew, Griffin Peay; three great-nieces; and a great-nephew.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Kelly Mark Tate.

Bearers will be Cameron Tate, Derek Rowsey, Roger Rowsey, Doug Peay, Jenson Peay, David Peay, and Tommy Peay.
