Services for Judith Kay “Judy” Carleton Johnson, 78, of Allen are 1:00 p.m. Monday at the Allen First Baptist Church, Rev. Chad Kaminski will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the Allen Chapel from 4:00 p.m. Sunday until service time.

Mrs. Johnson passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019 at her home. She was born May 31, 1940 at Tuxedo, OK to Jack W. and Evelyn M. Brock Carleton. She attended Homer grade school and graduated from Stratford High School in 1958. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Central University in 1984.

She married Donny Johnson August 13, 1963 in Tulsa. She and her family moved to Allen from Stonewall in 1971. Mrs. Johnson was an Elementary School Teacher in Holdenville, and she was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include her husband, Donny Johnson, of the home; her children, Deanese and Kevin Grigsby of Joshua, TX and their children, Brock, Bailey and Gage Grigsby; and Sam and Melonie Johnson of Ada and their children, Tiffany and Taylor Johnson; a brother, John Carleton of Owasso; and two sisters, Sue Caulkins of Broken Arrow and Jane Walters of Ada.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Don Carleton.

Her nephews will serve as bearers.
