Services for Magdline Griffin, 88, of Allen are 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 9, 2023 at Richmond Ave. Free Will Baptist Church, Bro. Bobby Briggs and Rev. Buddy Drake will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Allen Chapel from 4:00 p.m. Tuesday until service time.

Mrs. Griffin passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 at an Oklahoma City Hospital. She was born December 20, 1934 in Allen, OK to Clarence and Elsie Louise Woodall Knighten.

She married Roy Griffin April 8, 1976. He preceded her in death August 4, 2015. Mrs. Griffin was a Licensed Practical Nurse, working in Allen for Dr. Oglesbee and Dr. Woods, retiring after 40 years of service.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Johnson and husband Bobby and Cathy Huitt and husband Mark; a brother, Purvey Knighten; two sisters, Barbara Joyner and husband Pete and Norva Wilson and husband Arlon; six grandchildren, David Morrison, Scottie Morrison and wife Seanah, Jamie Manuel and husband David, Mark D. Huitt and wife McKenzie, Jon Huitt and Matt Huitt; and nine great-grandchildren, Mikael Morrison, Jennah Cooper, Carley Laird, Gabriel Manuel, Elizabeth Manuel, Gideon Manuel and Victoria Manuel, Savannah Huitt and Noah Huitt.

She was preceded in death her parents; her husband; and a grandson, Randle James Morrison.

Bearers will be Randle Knighten, Dale Stringer, Jon Huitt, Mark D. Huitt, Scottie Morrison and David Morrison.
