Services for Ula Mae Chappell, 74, of Allen are 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Criswell Funeral Home Chapel, Ben Williams will officiate. Burial will follow at Allen Cemetery.

Mrs. Chappell passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home. She was born June 30, 1947 in Wewoka, OK to Clovis and Iva Mae Phares Bottoms. She attended Vanoss School.

She married John Chappell, June 8, 1963. Mrs. Chappell was Vice President Secretary for her husband at Swabbing Oilfield. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors are her husband, John Chappel of the home; three sons, Michael Wayne Chappell, Rickey Browden Chappell, and Adam Wesley Chappell, all of Allen; and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
