Darriel Lynn Ellis

September 8, 1959 ~ November 12, 2014

Darriel Lynn Ellis, 55, of Indianola, died Wednesday, November 12, 2014 in Plentywood, Montana.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Bishop Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 21 at Bishop Chapel of Memories with Rev. Ricky Kerns officiating. Interment will be at Indianola Cemetery. Service arrangements are under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service.

Born September 8, 1959 in Eloy, Arizona, he lived in Indianola. He was a truck driver and a contract roofer in McAlester for many years then worked for a water company.

He was a sportsman and loved hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his mother: Georgianna Browder of the home; brother & sister-in-law: Rance & Tassie Ellis of Plentywood, Montana, and their 6 children; nieces: Leslee & Todd Gleason and children: Kilee and Skylar of Hartshorne, Lacey & Richard Dobson and son: Bentley of Krebs, Caitlyn & Justin Caldwell and children: Lexi & Hayden of Eufaula.

Also, nephews: Julio Ellis of Plentywood, Ricardo Baker of Plentywood, Ryan Ellis of Plentywood; step-children: Marvin, Danielle, Leslie. and Andrea Howell; step-grandchildren: Patience, Carson, Leland, Jaxon. and Charlie; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends including special friend: Patricia Sivel.

He was preceded in death by his father: Darriel Ellis, step-father: James Browder, sister: Deborah Ellis, maternal grandparents: G.P Oscar and Myrtle Baker, and paternal grandparents: Beatrice & Wesley Ellis.

Pallbearers will be Rance Ellis, Ricky Ellis, Darrell Baker, Douglas Baker, James Burk, Glen Beshear, and Gary Shaffer.
