Randell Eugene Bice

November 14, 1957 ~ September 30, 2021

Randell Eugene "Randy" Bice, 63, of Canadian Shores, passed away Thursday, September 30th in McAlester. The family will welcome friends at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday, October 4th, at 2:00 p.m. at Brumley-Mills Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Indianola Cemetery. Randy Bice was born on November 14, 1957. He grew up in Canadian, the son of Frank and Wilma (Effinger) Smalling, and graduated from Canadian High School in 1976. He went into the U.S. Navy for a year until he received his honorable discharge. Randy quickly started working as a master mechanic of heavy equipment, working on large cranes, dozers and other devices all around the world. Most recently he worked for Barnett Construction and John Deere until he started working as a private contractor, working on farm and ranch equipment in this area. In his spare time he enjoyed going fishing, and tending to his dogs and parakeets. Randy is survived by his children, Tandy Workman and Crystal, Angela Schulte and Trey, Amber Woodruff and Adam, and Adrian Brumley and T.J.; grandchildren, Gabriel Cupp, Noah Cupp, Katie Rose Woodruff, A. J. Woodruff, Makenzie Woodruff and Brooklyn Brumley and Dallas Brumley; sisters, Cheryl Quillin and Jimmy, Tad Smalling, Kimberly McAllister and Mike, and Barbara Adcock, an uncle, Arvil Bice and Beverly; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kenny Bice; and grandparents, Raleigh and Ethel Effinger.
