Robert Eugene "Butch" Owens
July 1, 1950 ~ November 6, 2011


Robert Eugene Owens was the son of Fred Lee Owens and Virginia Allen.

Following high school, Butch enlisted in the United States Army in January of 1969. He served in Vietnam and received his honorable discharge in December of 1980.

Don L. Owens
October 18, 1955 ~ July 25, 2016


Don L. Owens, a longtime Cushing resident passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2016 at the Veteran's Hospital in Oklahoma City at the age of 60.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 30, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Cushing. Interment will follow at Silver Star Cemetery, Cushing.

Arrangements are entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home, Cushing, Ok.
