Edwin “Ed” Eugene Wedin, longtime Cushing resident, passed away on January 21, 2006 in Muskogee, Oklahoma at the age of 82 years.
The son of the late Carl Wedin and Francis Pound, Ed was born on May 6, 1923 in Cushing, and was reared and educated in the Cushing & Stillwater area.
He was a was a member of the Lutheran Church of our Redeemer; a veteran of the United States Army and had worked as an LPN in the Army Hospital.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2006 in the Euchee Valley Memorial Park with Pastor David Helmer officiating.
