Phyllis Ann Daniel, 66, passed away Saturday, January 31, 2015, in Tulsa, OK with her loving family by her side. Phyllis bravely fought cancer for over a year and many would say they couldn’t tell she was sick due to her positive spirit, impeccable style, and abundant energy.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February, 4, 2015, at Strode Funeral Home, 610 S. Duncan, Stillwater, OK. Interment will follow at Fairlawn Cemetery, Stillwater. Strode Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Phyllis was born Phyllis Davis, July, 7, 1948 in Chatsworth, IL to parents Raymond Davis and Florence Davis. She attended Chatsworth High School then the University of Illinois where she obtained her BA in Education. Phyllis moved to Tulsa in 1996 with her husband Gordon Daniel, her partner of over 20 years.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, Gordon Daniel; mother, Florence Davis; son, Matthew Crane; daughter, Suzanne Williams; stepson, Kyle Daniel; stepdaughter, Tasha Garske; and eight grandchildren.

Phyllis will be greatly missed by all who knew her and always remembered for her warmth and friendliness to everyone she meets. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend.
