Eastside Cemetery

aka Kansas School Cemetery
Oklahoma County, Oklahoma

SE 1/4, Sec. 5, T11N, R1E, I.M.

Submitted & © 2002-Present by: Jim Woodruff and Belinda Wright

Eastside Cemetery aka Kansas School Cemetery is located near the intersection of S.E. 15th St. and Peebly Road. From I-40 between Midwest City and McLoud, take Peebly Road north about four miles. Turn left on S.E. 15th and go west for about 2/10ths of a mile. The cemetery is on a hill on the north side of the road, just across the street from an underground home. I have listed the graves by row starting from the north east end of the cemetery with plots proceeding from north to south. Examples: R3-4 would be the fourth grave in from the north end of row 3. This is an old and small cemetery that has many stones missing or broken. There appears to be many more graves without stones than with them.

Read the history of Eastside Cemetery.

If you have family buried in this cemetery and would like to add their information, an obit, tombstone photo, funeral home record or memorial card to this website, please send area coordinator an e-mail.
