Springfield Cemetery is located in the Hickory Ridge District in section 2, Township 10 North, Range 10 East. It is an old cemetery that begun before statehood. The oldest stone marked is that of Elizabeth Morgan who died January 11 , 1870, Mother of Col. Robinson, also on the stone is L.D. Long, Paririe City, Ind. Terr.
