Virginia May (Roberts) Glover
August 28, 1935  ~ August 11, 2023

Virginia May Glover, Muskogee resident, was born August 28, 1935 in Clayton, NM the daughter of Cleo and Lena May (Christerson) Roberts. She passed from this life on Friday August 11, 2023 at her home. She was 87. She was married to Jack Glover on May 30, 1953 in Las Cruces, NM.

Virginia was our beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She fought hard to remain with us but our Heavenly Father has called her home. Her selfless life impacted hundreds of students and clients as well as her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

Survivors include her husband Jack of the home; children Lonnie McElroy and husband Tim of Springfield, MO, Michael Glover and wife Jeannie of Tulsa, OK, Ginifer Deming and husband Charlie of Muskogee and Chris Glover and wife Linda of Little Rock, AR; 12 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday August 18, 2023 at the Muskogee First Baptist Church with Pastor Kevin Chartney officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery under the care and direction of Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home. Viewing will be on Thursday from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
