Isabelle Rowland went to meet the Lord on November 6, 2003. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2003, at 10 a.m. at the North Kern Cemetery District, 627 Austin, Delano, California. Reverend Mark Roberts will
officiate the services.
Isabelle was born in Oklahoma and moved to California in her teens. She married her beloved husband, Harley Rowland, On February 16, 1936, and they began their family shortly after. Isabelle lived most of her life in Wasco,
California where she was a homemaker and was actively involved in her church.
She is survived by her daughter, Zoe Ann Handel; grandchildren, Lisa Burgess, Brian Rowland, Jackie Higgins, Clayton Forbus, Brandi Bingaman, and Crystahl Handel; and nine great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Jewell Littlejohn; brothers, Adrian, Junior, and Wendel; sister,
Claradell; husband, Harley Rowland; children, Brenda Forbus and Bobby Rowland;
and grandchild, Ronnie Forbus.
