Wilma Lou Tippit, 78, of Belton MO passed away October 20, 2015. Visitation 10-11 am, Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am Saturday, October 24 at Coronation of Our Lady Catholic Church, 13000 Bennington Ave. Grandview MO.

Burial at 1:00 pm Monday, October 26 in Hillside Cemetery, Purcell OK. Contributions are suggested to Catholic Charities or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Wilma was born October 23, 1936 in Ada, Ok to James and Vestie Boydston Beaver. She lived in Belton the past 10 years and was a member of Coronation of Our Lady Catholic Church. Wilma was a finance director at ITT Technical Institute.

Preceded in death by her parents, husband Ken Tippit, son Cliff Tippit; son- in-law Richard Brown.

Survived by son Duane (Adriana) Tippit, Arlington TX, 4 daughters Gail (Darrell) Whittaker, Cornville ME, Connie (John) Bulat, Cibolo TX, Linda (Allan) Sessions, Raymore MO and Karen (Jeff) Fletcher, Belton MO; daughter-in-law, Lori Tippit; 17 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
