Jumper Cemetery is located on the edge of the county road. It is not fenced and it is not well kept. There are many graves that are only marked by a large stone and there are a few graves that are marked by headstones in Cherokee. The cemetery is still active and relatives do still decourate the known graves. There are many burials there that are very old.
