Carol Ann Ward, 77, of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away on Monday, August 28, 2023, at her home in Kingston. She was born on March 24, 1946, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to the late Andrew Jack Fryrear and Pearl Alice Merritt Fryrear. 
 
Carol was raised in Oklahoma City where she graduated from NW Classen High School in 1963 and later attended beauty school. In 1972 she moved to Madill and in 1986 moved to Kingston where she lived the rest of her life. Carol worked at the Madill Pants Factory for 20 plus years before working at Super C Mart and the Burger Shoppe, retiring after her health declined. She enjoyed singing and playing the guitar, gardening, watching birds, especially hummingbirds. Carol loved being active in her church and being with family and friends.     
 
She is survived by Children: Danton Ward, Kingston, Oklahoma; Quannah Flowers, Kingston, Oklahoma; Shannon Ward, Madill, Oklahoma. 8 Grandchildren.
 
Carol was preceded in death by her parents, brother: Jackie Fryrear, sisters Betty Bevill and Jeannine Bevill.
