Funeral services for Carolyn Ann Koehn, 71, of Ponca City, will be held at 11:00 AM, May 18, 2018, at the Freewill Baptist Church (1900 E. Hubbard), Ponca City, Oklahoma. Burial will follow at Cedar Cemetery, near Fairview, Oklahoma, at 3:30 PM that afternoon.

Carolyn Ann Koehn was born January 22, 1947 to Elmer and Adelina (Nightingale) Koehn and passed from this life May 13, 2018 in Ponca City, Oklahoma.

Carolyn had a long career as a Certified Nurse’s Aide and worked for Ponca City Hospital for nearly 46 years before her retirement in 2012.

She is preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, a brother, Floyd Koehn and two sisters-in-law; Elnora and Elfreda Koehn, two nephews, Steven and Chad Koehn and one great nephew-Thomas Peacock.

Surviving Carolyn are brothers, Kenny and Denise Koehn, Dennis and Geneva Koehn all of Halstead, Kansas, Earl Koehn of Nevada, Missouri, Joe and Kelly Koehn and Cecil and Pat Koehn, all of Ponca City, Oklahoma, close friend, Marial Greenwood, 18 nieces and nephews, 28 great nieces and nephews and 7 great-great nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made out to OMRF- Diabetes Division with the funeral home acting as custodian of the funds at 221 N. Main St., Fairview, OK 73737.
