Michael Johnson, 42, of Weatherford, formerly of Guthrie, passed away February 24, 2006. Services are pending under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home of Guthrie.

Michael Lee Johnson passed away on January 24, 2006 at the age of 42. Mike was born January 6, 1964 in Altus, Oklahoma to Micky and Velma Johnson. At the time of his death he was living in Weatherford, Oklahoma with his wife Tammy and step-daughter Brittany Richardson.
Mike graduated from Guthrie High Schoool in 1982. He joined the Air Force and was stationed in Spain. After returning to Oklahoma he worked for various Bowling Centers thoughout Oklahoma and installed equipment in bowling centers in China.
Mike and Tammy married October 26, 2002. In Janaury 2003 they purchased Southwestern Lanes in Weatherford which they ran as a family.
Mike is preceded in death by his Grandpa Drennan and his Grandpa and Grandma Johnson. He is survived by his wife Tammy and step-daughter Brittany Richardson of the home, step-daughter Ashley Siska and step-son Beau Beauchamp, his parents Micky and Velma Johnson, sisters Janet Roulston and Judy Arnold, grandmother Vonnie Drennan, nieces April Hawkins, Nicole, Megan and Brittney Paul, newphew Chris Hawkins and numerous other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 1, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Smith Memorial Chapel, Guthrie with Dr. Dennis E. Clark of First Christian Church officiating and Mayor Jon Gumerson assisting. Burial will follow at Summit View Cemetery, Guthrie. Services are under the direciton of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
Visitation for friends and family will be held Tuesday until 8 p.m. and Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
