Donna Sue (Holman) Ellington of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, at the age of 67 years.

Donna Sue (Holman) Ellington was born on May 9, 1951, in Shawnee, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Morgan Rock and Evelyn Corabeth (Howell) Holman. She grew up in Paden, Oklahoma, attending Paden Public Schools graduating from Paden High School in 1969. Following her education, she moved to Oklahoma City where she began working for Kerr McGee Corporation as an accountant retiring in 1985. Following her retirement, she and her daughter moved to McLoud, Oklahoma, and later she moved to Shawnee where she went back into the accounting field. She then moved back to Oklahoma City and continued working as an accountant retiring in 2009. Following her retirement, she moved to Broken Arrow to be near her mother and daughter. She was a member of the Paden Church of Christ. She enjoyed baking, crafting, reading, puzzles watching crime stories and playing jokes on family and friends and loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Morgan Rock Holman; and one brother, Thomas Holman.

She is survived by her daughter, Jaime Ellington of Tulsa, Oklahoma; one granddaughter, Chesley Ellington of Tulsa, Oklahoma; her mother, Evelyn Holman of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; one brother, David Holman and wife Dena of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one sister, Carolyn Williams; many nieces and nephews and other family.

Visitation will be Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague from 8:00 am – 8:00 PM.
