herrmannrolfe

January 25, 1956 ~ April 9, 2021

Rolfe E. Herrmann passed away at his home surrounded by family on Friday, April 9, 2021 at the age of 65.

Rolfe was born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma on January 25, 1956. Rolfe was the baby of 6 children born to the late Reford and Winona (Isaacs) Herrmann. Shortly after Rolfe was born the family moved to the Lincoln County area. Rolfe graduated from Chandler High School in 1974.

Rolfe absolutely loved to work on cars, he even passed that on to his children and grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing, shooting guns and honestly just being outdoors, even if it was just to sit by his favorite family pond. Rolfe was so supportive of his children and any activity they were involved in and made sure they had the very best so they could succeed. Rolfe was also a big jokester and got a kick out of scaring people. He will be so deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him.

Rolfe is survived by his daughter Aimee Guinn and her husband Kyle; son Derek Herrmann and his wife Suzanne; his grandchildren Memphis, Mason, Annabelle, Pyper and Scarlette; his sisters Janet Gwartney and husband Bobby, Janelle Wilkinson, Janonne Short, Pamela Herrmann and Cecilia Herrmann; and many nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.

There will be a visitation at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Chandler from 8:00 am to 8:00pm on Thursday, April 15, 2021 with family receiving friends from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Parkland Cemetery in Chandler, OK. Condolences may be offered online at www.parksbrothers.net. Services are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Chandler, OK.
