Sean Erwin Easter

easter-s-e

September 11, 1972 ~ September 27, 2023

Sean Erwin Easter was born on September 11, 1972, to parents Bobby and Vicki (Sloate) Easter in Fresno, California. Sean spent his younger years on the West coast where he grew up and discovered the joy of serving the Lord. He was baptized in September of 1984 and walked with the Lord all the days of his life. Sean met the love of his life Marisela in 1992 at a friend’s house in Kearney, Arizona, and they soon began dating. They were married June 12,1993 and to their union were born six children: Alyssa, Shelbi, Maria, Kayla, Adrianna and Hayden.

Sean enjoyed raising his children. He made sure they were taught the faith, and that God should be the most important thing in their life. Sean loved the family that the Lord blessed him with; and his heart always seemed to be a little softer when his grandkids were around. He was able to be used in the ministry, encouraging those around him in the Lord and baptizing many. The faith was Sean’s foremost priority in life, it was known through his conversation that the Lord was his first love.

Sean provided for his family for over 30 years, mastering the electrical trade and handing down his skills and knowledge to his son.

Sean Erwin Easter went home to be with the Lord September 27, 2023, in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. He is preceded in death by his parents Bobby & Vicki Easter, brother Bobby Easter and sister Barbara Reed.

He is survived by his wife, Marisela; his children, Alyssa Gorham and husband Austin of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Shelbi Bruner and husband Zachariah of Fruita, Colorado, Maria Mendonca and husband Jared of White City, Oregon, Kayla, Adrianna and Hayden Easter of Sapulpa, Oklahoma; seven grandchildren, Emberly and Alora Gorham, Ivan and Vivian Bruner; Bryson, Kadence and Khalina Mendonca, plus his siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, brethren and friends who will greatly miss him.

Funeral services for Sean will be at 11am on Monday, October 2, 2023, at the General Assembly and Church of the Firstborn in Sapulpa, Oklahoma. Interment at Parkland Cemetery will be at 3pm. Services have been entrusted to Palmer Marler Funeral Home in Cushing, OK.
