NORMA RAE BRITTON LYNCH
1939 - 2006


Norma Rae Britton Lynch was born December 6, 1939 to John and Eula Britton.
She passed away to begin her journey with God on October 24, 2006.
She worked many years and retired from the Oklahoma State Department of Corrections.
She also loved to ride her motorcycle until her health prevented her from doing it anymore.
Norma is survived by one brother, Glen Britton and his wife Shirlie; one sister, Mary Camren and her husband Kenny; three sons, Donnie Simerly and his wife Sheila; Steve Stowers and his wife Angie; and Mike Simerly and his wife Samantha; one daughter, Glenda Alexander and her husband Jimmy; one loving son-in-law, David Landers; twenty four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She also had many nieces, nephews, family and friends that she dearly loved, far too many to name.
Norma was preceded in death by both parents; one brother, Billy Wayne Britton; one very much loved daughter, Brenda Gail Landers; and two husbands, Billy Ray Simerly and John Stowers.
Funeral services will be held Monday, October 30, 2006 at the Perkins Church of the Firstborn at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will follow in the Parkland Cemetery.
