James Ray Barkley
James Ray Barkley Was the son of William Esker &Effie Olivia( Daniel) Barkley.

Funeral services for James Ray Barkley were held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday,
September 20, 1990, at the Assembly of God Church in Bokoshe, Oklahoma.

Barkley was born March 25, 1915, and passed away on September 17, 1990.
He is survived by his wife, Sybil, and a son, Paul Barkley. Also
surviving are his twin sister, Faye Gwaltney; sisters, Iris Smith and Wanda
Meyers; brother, John Ralph Barkley; eight grandchildren; eight
great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Burial will be in the Milton Cemetery, Milton, Oklahoma, with Reverend
Joe Pierce officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home,
Poteau, Oklahoma, and Pocola, Oklahoma.
