Vera Hefley

GOODWELL, Okla. - Vera Corbin Hefley, 91, died Monday, April 8, 2002, in Spearman.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Riverview Cemetery in Tonkawa. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Panhandle Centenary United Methodist Church with the Rev. Greg Keith, pastor, officiating. Arrangements are by Henson-Novak Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Hefley was born July 2, 1910, in Alfalfa County. She married Dr. Harold Martin Hefley Jr. on Aug. 21, 1938, in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include several cousins; and special friends, Johnnie and Moylene Davis and Dr. Scrafin and VaLois Ramon and their families.
The family suggests memorials be to Oklahoma State University for the Hefley Scholarship Fund in care of Doris Looper, P.O. Box 430, Goodwell, OK 73939; or a favorite charity.
