ADA-Services for Robert Lee Arles, 55, of Ada are 1:00 p.m. Thursday at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Connerville Cemetery.

Mr. Arles died Sunday, May 6, 2012 at a local hospital. He was born October 13, 1956 in Floydada, Texas to Alex and Helen Rolen Arles. He attended Tishomingo schools and moved to Ada in 1993.

Mr. Arles was a county employee for Carter County until his retirement.

Survivors include two daughters, Helen Tankersley and her husband Dale of Tulsa, and Sheila Warrior and her husband Joseph of Ada; a son, Robert Arles, Jr. of Stillwater; a sister, Karen Vanderburg of Ada; a brother, Dewayne Arles of Stonewall; his grandchildren, Nathan Arles, Brittiny Joslin, Ben McIntosh, Talon McIntosh, Alexis Tankersley, Kiersten Tankersley, Hunter Tankersley and Brantley Tankersley; and one great grandchild, Jordan Arles.

Bearers will be Nathan Arles, Ben McIntosh, Gary Trent, Joseph Warrior, Wendell Tankersley and James Nichols.
