Phillip Monroe Caywood


Phillip Monroe Caywood June 25, 1928 - Dec. 2, 2009 Services for Phillip Monroe Caywood, 81, will be at 10:30 a.m. today in the Yanda and Son Funeral Home chapel. Burial will be at 2 p.m. in Westview Cemetery in Rush Springs.

Mr. Caywood was born June 25, 1928, in Argonia, Kan., to Melvin James and Marie Schlund Caywood. He passed away Dec. 2, 2009, in Bethany. He was a clerk for the United States Postal Service and served in the United States Navy during the Korean War.

Mr. Caywood is survived by his wife, Katherine Caywood, of the home; son, Tony Wayne Caywood, and wife, Pam, of Muskogee.

Daughters: Tammy Jean McLain and husband, Scott, of Yukon, and Tonya Dee Ridley and husband, Tony, of Edmond.

Daughters: Tammy Jean McLain and husband, Scott, of Yukon, and Tonya Dee Ridley and husband, Tony, of Edmond.

Grandchildren: Joshua Caywood, Rhyder Jolliff, Matthew McLain, Melissa McLain and Kalei Snyder. He was preceded in death by his parents, his grandparents and four brothers.

Arrangements are under direction of Yanda and Son Funeral Home of Yukon.
