Gary Lynn Bratcher

Gary Lynn Bratcher, 59, passed away Monday, June 17, 2013 in Duncan.

Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, June 21, 2013, at the First Assembly of God in Rush Springs, with Rev. Chuck Davis and Rev. Lonnie Harris officiating. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.

Gary was born Tuesday, August 18, 1953 in Chickasha, to Gene and Pearl (Miller) Bratcher. Gary lived in the Rush Springs area all of his life and graduated from Rush Springs High School in 1971. On June 11, 1971, Gary married Barbara Spier in Fletcher. He worked as a salesman at Cline RV for 25 years. Gary enjoyed fishing, wood working and playing with his grandchildren. He loved playing the mandolin, playing in the band at church and singing and traveling with the "Gospel Aires." Gary was an active member of New Song Church of God in Chickasha.

Survivors include,wife, Barbara Bratcher of the home; three sons, Dustin Bratcher and wife April of Rush Springs, Garrin Bratcher and wife Brooke of Rush Springs, Jared Bratcher and wife Morgan of Chickasha; five grandchildren, Natalea, Kinley, Nicolas, Casen, Gaven; parents, Gene and Pearl Bratcher of Rush Springs; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Gary was preceded in death by a brother, Laren Bratcher and a sister, Gaylene Bratcher.

Pallbearers will be Preslee Jeffcoat, Richard Seeberger, Andy Callihan, Phillip Moreno, Matt Brooks, Sean Rosenbaum, Cody Sims, Brian Hale. Honorary pallbearers will be Terry Blay, Tony Hazelrigg, Preston Jeffcoat, Doug Trammell, Ted Pate, Glen Clark.
