Nancy Evelyn [Pate] Warden

Mrs Warden's Funeral Held

Rush Springs, July 3--Mrs. Nancy Evaline Worden passed away early Sunday morning in a Marlow hospital where she was taken late Friday evening.

Funeral services were to be held this afternoon at the Missionary Baptist Church.

Mrs. Worden was preceded in death by her husband, G. A. Worden on June 28, 1943, and one son, Clint in 1929.

Mr. and Mrs. Worden came to Rush Springs from Texas in 1909 and settled on a farm in the Rock Point community, where they lived until a few years ago when they moved to town.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Osa Davis, Rush Springs, Mrs. Artie Brewer and Mrs. Vera Solomon both of Hobbs, New Mexico; two sons, Cecil of Hobbs, and Coy of Riverside, Calif. A large number of grandchildren and several great-grandchildren also survive.
