William Clinton Biard

W. C. Biard, 33 year old city resident and state supervisor of the lamp devision of the Westinghouse Electris & Man factoring CVo., was fatally injured Thursday nib a motor car accident 1 1/2 milks west of Chandler on U. S. highway 66.

Biard died in a Chandler hospital shortly after the accident. Death apparently was due to a skull fracture.

According to witnesses, Biard apparently lost control of his car, the machine swerved and crashed into another car parekes in a service satin driveway near the road.

Biard lived at 2429 Northeast Nineteenth Street, and had been connected with the firm since 1936. Prior to that year he was connected with the lighting division of the Southwestern Light & Power Cio. at Chickasha.

Mrs. Biard left here for Chandler after reviving news of the accident. A small daughter also survives.
