Tonya Kay Cox
March 29, 1961 ~ July 29, 2014


Tonya Kay Cox, 53 of Duncan passed away on Tuesday, July 29th at Duncan Regional Hospital.

Tonya was born March 29, 1961 at Cushing, OK to James W. & Barbara [Skeen] Cox.

She was a 1979 graduate of Chickasha High School and attended Oklahoma State University - Okmulgee.

She was a florist for many years here in Duncan and attended Freedom Biker Church.

Tonya is survived by her parents James & Barbara Cox of Duncan, a son Josh Day & wife Elizabeth of Chickasha, OK, a sister Sheila A. Houston & husband Dale of Yeppoon, Queensland, Australia. Two nephews Kallan Houston & wife Lacey and their daughter Skylar and Ryan Houston and by three grandchildren Logan Day, Riley Day, Colby Burton and one on the way.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Monday, August 4, 2014 with Rev. Billy Morgan & Rev. Mike King officiating.

Burial will follow in the Kilgore Cemetery, Cox City, OK
