Catherine Theresa [Devine] Rempe
July 24, 1913 ~ March 21, 2018


Catherine Theresa Rempe, of Chickasha, OK passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at her home in Chickasha at the age of 104. She was born July 24, 1913 in Blue, Oklahoma to Anthony and Gertrude Devine.

She married Carl Joseph Rempe on January 10, 1932 at the Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, OK. He preceded her in death on September 2, 1994.

She and Carl operated restaurant near Will Rogers Airport. They moved to Chickasha in 1944 where he began farming.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Helen P. Rempe and a son, Carl Anthony Rempe.

Catherine is survived by her: Daughters: Betty I. Lagaly, Theresa G. Rempe, Mary Catherine Rempe; Sons: Carl A. Rempe, Donald R. Rempe, Charles H. Rempe, Robert J. Rempe, Edward S. Rempe; 16 Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great-Great Grandchildren.
