James Franklin "Pops" Yeakley
September 10, 1958 ~ February 18, 2010


James "Pop" Franklin Yeakley was born September 10, 1958 in Chickasha and went to be with the Lord February 8, 2010 at his home in Watonga.

The son of George Franklin Yeakley, Jr. & Naomi Ruth 'McKinney] Williams, James is survived by daughter Robin and Barry Jones of Oklahoma City, son Jason and Anne Yeakley of Oklahoma City, and son Gideon and Kayleigh Yeakley of Watongs, his one granddaughter Blake Jones, four grandsons Kendall, Calen, and Griffin Jones, and Johnathan Yeakley, as well as one more grandson on the way.

James is also survived by his mother, Naomi Ruth Williams, brother David Yeakley and wife Branda of Norman, sister Debra and Fred Engelke of Tuttle, sister Cindy and Frank Bombardiere of Mustang, sister Shelly Hahn of Tuttle and may nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010 at Tuttle First Assembly of God, 702 Willow Street in Tuttle, officiated by Rev.Pat Brewer.

Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle.
