Adam Gregory Smith
October 24, 1983 ~ August 15, 2004


Adam Gregory Smith was born October 24, 1983 in Oklahoma City and loved dearly by Greg and Tammy Smith.

He passed away August 15, 2004 at 20 years of age.

Adam enjoyed watching the Price Is Right, fishing with Bubba, and just going anywhere.

Survivors include his parents Greg and Tammy Smith of Tuttle; brother Timothy and Rachel Gulick; sisters Christie and Corey King, Lacey and Nick Condit, Tia McBride, Laci McBride; grandparents John and Skeets Smith; Al and Joyce Pierce and Betty Motley; numerous other relatives and friends.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 18, 2004 at Heritage Family Baptist Church in Tuttle. Pastor Larry Steverson will officiate with interment held in the Fairview Cemetery in Tuttle. Arrangements were made by Eisenhour Funeral Home, Blanchard.
