Alberta [Bean] Cavett Cellier
May 29, 1913 ~ August 11, 2005


Alberta Cavett Cellier was born May 29, 1913 in Maud, Okla. to Rhoda [Smith] and Robert L. Bean. She went to be with the Lord on August 11, 2005 at 92 years of age. Alberta was a long time resident of Newcastle and she was in the first graduating class of Newcastle High School, the class of 1931.

Alberta attended the First Baptist Church in Newcastle and she enjoyed participating with the Jolly Elders. She also enjoyed going to the Newcastle Senior Citizens and loved visiting with family and friends.

Alberta was preceded in death by her mother, father and two sisters, Mary Franklin and Jewel Bean. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Charley Cavett in 1976 and then by her second husband Lewis Cellier in 1998.

Survivors include: her stepson Clayton Cellier and his wife Patsy of Midwest City; grandchildren Amy Nett of Newcastle, Sue Ann and her husband Kyle Burger of Denver, and Christy and her husband Greg Ellis of Blanchard; great grandchildren Jonathon McClary, Stacy Burger and Jason Burger; nieces Theda and her husband Buster Richardson, Betty Stems, Marian and her husband R.W. Clark, Judith and her husband Roger Ray, Patsy Lee, Donna and her husband Warren Steyaert and Rosemary and her husband Nelson McQueen; nephew Charles Smith and his wife Judy; as well as numerous other cousins and friends.

Alberta will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The memory of Alberta's kind and gentle nature will remain in our hearts forever.

Services were held at 3 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 13, 2005 in the Eisenhour Chapel, Blanchard. Reverend Charles Elmore officiated with interment held in the Fairview Cemetery, Tuttle. Arrangements made by Eisenhour Funeral Home, Blanchard.
