August 18, 1950 ~ November 9, 2012

Funeral service for Shirley Ann Quillin, age 62 of Chickasha, will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, in the Full Gospel Church. Sister Alice Wendling will officiate.

Shirley Ann was born the daughter of Raymond Reed and Mildred McCants Reed on August 18, 1950 in Tipton, Oklahoma. She died on November 9, 2012 in Chickasha.

Shirley moved to Chickasha as a child and has lived in the Chickasha area most of her life.

She met her husband, Rick, at the age of 16 and they were married on October 5, 1967 in Wichita Falls, Texas.

Shirley went to school to become an LPN and worked at various nursing homes throughout her life.

Due to her health, she quit the nursing field in 1994 and began helping her husband in their upholstery shop. However, the most important thing in her life was her kids and grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Mildred Reed, two brothers, Billy Ray and Arthur Wilson Reed, and one sister, Opal Stucks.

Survivors include husband: Rick Quillin of the home; sons: Richard Quillin, Kevin Quillin and Michael Quillin of Chickasha; six grandchildren: Tiffany, Brandi, Peyton, Sharie, Emilea, and Alysha; three great-grandchildren: Aaiden, Recca, and Bently; sisters: Barbara Turner and Judy Kauley of Chickasha and Minnie Phillips of Minco and a brother: Charles Reed of Wichita Falls, Texas.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery. Service will be under the direction of the McRay Funeral Home.
