Odus Muriel Dahl
July 14, 1922 ~ October 30, 2006


Funeral service for Odus Muriel Dahl, 84, of Cement, Oklahoma will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2006 at the First Lutheran Church of Chickasha.

Odus Muriel Dahl was born July 14, 1922 in Norge, Oklahoma the son of John O. and Grace [Lusk] Dahl and died October 30, 2006 at the Veterans Administrative Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Odus lived in Grady County all of his life. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked at Tinker Field for over 20 years.

He and Mary Anita Rogers were married August 5, 1950.

He was a member of the First Luthern Church of Chickasha.

Odus was preceded in death by: parents; one brother: Bill Dahl.

Survivors include: wife: Mary Anita Rogers Dahl of the home; two daughters: Mary Ann Voreck of Boca Raton, Florida; Karen Garcia of the home; one brother: Paul N. Dahl of Hot Springs, Arkansas; four grandchildren: April Mathews, Aaron Voreck, Misty Awbrey, and Desirae Garcia; seven great grandchildren.

Interment will be in the Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Sevier Funeral Home.

The family will be at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday for visitation
