Durwould Belmont Bray Jr
January 21, 1929 ~ February 4, 2005


Durwould B. Bray, Jr. was born January 21, 1929 in Friend to Durwould & Cora Bray. He graduated from Chickasha High School. D. B., better known as Junior served in the U.S. Navy in WW II on the USS Franklin. Junior operated heavy equipment. He was an avid outdoorsman and raised English Bulldogs.

Junior passed away February 4, 2005 at 79 years of age.

He is survived by his sons, Gary & wife Vinita of Rush Springs, Larry & wife Julie of Slapout; daughters, Mary & husband Tom Dougherty of Mustang, Sherry & husband David Langford of Newcastle, Texas; a brother, Maurice of Bradley, 11 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and daughter Gloria Ann.

Services are 10:00 AM Tuesday, February 8, 2005 at Bible Baptist Church in Chickasha with burial in Fairlawn Cemetery under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home, Blanchard.
